Under her leadership, the Lions captured their first district title since 2016 and made an Elite 8 appearance in the 2024 postseason.

Coach Colley began her coaching career in 2013 at Metro Volleyball Club in Washington, D.C. After moving back to Columbus in 2015, she spent four seasons coaching at Teays Valley High School while also returning to the club scene with Mintonette, where she led national-level teams for three years. After a brief pause to welcome the birth of her son, she returned to coaching at Pickerington North High School in 2021. In 2023, she launched Game Plan Athletics, a nonprofit and volleyball club created to provide meaningful development opportunities for athletes—especially those who are often overlooked. Her mission: to create a space where players can grow both on and off the court. In its inaugural season, GPA placed in the Top 20 at Nationals.

Coach Colley is known for her athlete-first approach, her technical expertise, and her passion for creating impact-driven programs that go beyond the game.
